Since hair oils are personal-use products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Your order number or proof of purchase

(No unboxing video required photos are enough.)

Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Once verified, we can:

Send a fresh replacement bottle, or

Issue a full refund

Refunds take 10 to 15 business days depending on your bank. Payments Confirmation from Courier partner Etc.
