You can request support if:

  • The bottle arrived damaged, cracked, or leaked
  • You received the wrong item

Since hair oils are personal-use products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

What We Need From You

To help us process your request smoothly, please share:

  • A clear photo of the damage or leak
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

(No unboxing video required—photos are enough.)

Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Refund or Replacement — Your Choice

Once verified, we can:

  • Send a fresh replacement bottle

Refunds take 10 to 15  business days, depending on your bank. Payment confirmation from the Courier partner, Etc
